Bookings & Estimates

Quotes are based on job size, scope, and site condition
Final pricing may adjust if additional work is required
Service schedules are confirmed after agreement

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins
Late or overdue payments may incur service suspension

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide safe and legal access to the property
Secure fragile or valuable items
Ensure construction work is completed before cleaning begins

Service Limitations

We do not guarantee removal of:

Permanent stains
Construction damage
Pre-existing surface defects

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in fees.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing property damage
Normal wear and tear
